RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Earldom Nepal, each product is designed and tested to deliver the best possible results with complete transparency. We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you wish to return a product, please reach out to us and we will assist you through the process.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (Applicable Cases Only)
Refunds or replacements are offered ONLY in the following cases:
• You received the wrong product
• You received a damaged product
• You received an empty package

RETURN / REPLACEMENT REQUEST PROCESS
If you receive a wrong, damaged, expired product, or an empty package, please:
• Email us at: earldomnepalofficial@gmail.com
• Request a return/replacement
• Attach mandatory documentary proof, including:
- Clear product photos
- Unboxing video recording
- Packaging images
- Relevant emails/order proof
Requests must be made within 5 (five) days from the date of delivery.
No return or replacement requests will be entertained after 5 days from delivery.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO POLICY
• If the package appears empty or without weight, you must record a video of the unboxing.
• Unboxing video recording is mandatory for all refund and exchange requests.
• Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled.

REVIEW & REVERSE PICKUP PROCESS
• Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.
• Once approved:
- A reverse pickup will be initiated
- Our courier partner will collect the order from your doorstep

REFUND PROCESSING
• After receiving the returned product, our service team will verify the issue.
• If verified, a refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• Returns and refunds are strictly policy-based and subject to verification.
• Abuse of the return/refund policy may result in rejection of future claims.
• Earldom Nepal reserves the right to make the final decision in all refund/replacement matters.
