• Customers in major cities such as Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Biratnagar can typically expect delivery within 3 days.
Delivery timelines may vary due to location accessibility, weather conditions, natural calamities, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics delays.

UNSERVICEABLE PIN CODE / DELIVERY AREA
• We verify serviceability of your location based on the provided *Pin Code* at the time of order placement.

- Prepaid orders will be refunded within 48 hours
